Why I’m Focused on Helping Drag Racing Business Owners Succeed

If you’ve known me for more than five minutes, you probably know one thing about me:

I love drag racing.

But it’s not just the cars.

It’s not just the smell of rubber, the sound of the burnout box, or the adrenaline of staging lanes.

It’s the people.

There’s something different about the drag racing community.

It’s competitive, yes—but at the same time, there’s this undeniable willingness to help each other out.

I’ve seen it time and time again:
A team’s car breaks in the pits, and five other teams are there lending tools, parts, advice—or just a hand.

Racers share knowledge. They mentor the next generation. They celebrate each other’s wins, and sometimes they help each other rebuild after losses.

That kind of community is rare.

And it’s one of the reasons I’ve decided to focus on serving the businesses behind the racing world—the shops, mechanics, tuners, photographers, and track operators who keep the sport alive.

The Problem I Keep Seeing

Here’s the hard part:

A lot of great drag racing businesses don’t last.

Not because they’re not talented.
Not because they don’t work hard.
But because they’re running wide open and don’t have a system in place for their financials.

I’ve seen performance shops close because they weren’t charging enough to cover overhead.

I’ve seen race teams go under because they didn’t plan for expenses outside of race season.

I’ve seen photographers, parts suppliers, and tuners burn out—not because the work wasn’t there, but because the back-end of the business was running on fumes.

I don’t want to see that happen anymore.

Why I Can Help

This is where I can give back.

At A&L, my team and I help small business owners get a grip on their books, their cash flow, and their pricing—so they can keep doing what they love without worrying if they’re secretly going broke.

We don’t just run payroll or reconcile your accounts.
We help you understand:

  • What you’re really making on each job

  • What’s safe to spend

  • How to plan for off-season slowdowns

  • When to invest in new equipment—and when to wait

  • How to keep more of what you earn

Let’s Build Something That Lasts

If you’re in the racing world and you’ve ever felt like you’re racing blind when it comes to your finances, you’re not alone.

I’ve seen too many good businesses go under for avoidable reasons.

That’s why I’m here—and why A&L is focusing on helping people like you.

I want to see your shop, your track, your team, or your racing-related business not just survive—but actually win in the long run.

If you’re ready to get a better grip on your business, let’s talk.
